Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Brunu, a product of Etra Global AI Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), at brunu.ai. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.
1. General Policy — All Sales Final
All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable unless an exception applies as described below. By subscribing to any Brunu plan, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy.
This includes monthly and annual subscription fees at all plan tiers (Explorer, Companion, Brunu, Professional, and Builder). Partial-month refunds are not issued for cancellations mid-cycle. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
2. Exceptions — When Refunds May Be Granted
We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:
Billing Errors
If you were charged an incorrect amount, charged twice, or charged after canceling your subscription, you are entitled to a full refund of the erroneous charge. Please contact us within 30 days of the charge with your account email and a description of the error.
Extended Service Outages
If the Service experiences a verified outage or material degradation lasting more than 72 consecutive hours during your billing period, you may be eligible for a pro-rated credit or partial refund for the affected period. We will assess outages on a case-by-case basis and proactively notify affected users when credits are issued.
Unauthorized Charges
If you believe your account was charged without your authorization due to compromised credentials or fraudulent activity, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and, if the charge is confirmed as unauthorized, issue a full refund.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under an eligible exception, please follow these steps:
- Email info@etra.global with the subject line “Refund Request — [your account email]”
- Include your account email address, the date(s) of the charge(s) in question, the amount charged, and a brief description of why you are requesting a refund
- Attach any supporting documentation if applicable (e.g., duplicate charge receipts, screenshots of the billing error)
- We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and provide a resolution within 10 business days
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider, but is typically 5–10 business days after approval.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged for the next period, and your access continues until the period ends. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period unless an exception above applies.
Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, but refunds for unused months of an annual plan are not issued except in the circumstances described in Section 2.
5. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Many issues can be resolved quickly and directly, and chargebacks can create delays that work against a timely resolution for you.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the immediate suspension of your account pending investigation. If a chargeback is found to be fraudulent or filed in bad faith, we reserve the right to permanently suspend access to the Service and refer the matter to our payment processor.
6. Beta and Early Access Period
Brunu is currently in an early access phase. We appreciate your support as early users. If you experience significant issues during this period that substantially impair your ability to use the Service, please reach out — we will work with you to find a fair resolution, even outside the standard policy above.
